Article 1 - Conducting a successful physician search |
AMC has extensive experience in recruiting physicians throughout the United States. We can assist in a timely and cost efficient manner. Our firm has a fully computerized database that allows us quick access to candidates that are seeking new career opportunities. Each candidate that is referred to you is pre-screened to meet your specific criteria. We present your opportunity to each candidate and only refer those physicians interested in pursuing the opportunity. We are available throughout the search process for consultation and professional advice. These services are designed to quicken the search process and increase your revenue. In addition to the above-described services, we will provide references and spousal discussion write-ups, arrange transportation for the visit, assist in contract negotiations and follow-up. In the event a physician does not commence working or leaves your employ within the first three months, AMC will reopen the search at no additional expense to you.
